The Partnership is based on a revenue share model. The agreement is a formalisation of the existing cooperation and enables QBIM to market PRISM solutions to Pengvin customers in both Sweden and Norway. SpectrumOne's subsidiary, QBIM AB, enters into a partner agreement with Pengvin Affärssystem AB. The partner agreement strengthens the value proposition of Pengvin, allowing their customers to reap the benefits of analytics and insights from their ERP data loaded on the PRISM platform.
